I have been involved in IT since the early days of Personal computers. (My first computer was a Commodore PET, with 8K of memory and a cassette player for storage.) I used email back in the days of Bulletin Boards and when 2400 baud modems were considered cutting edge.
Our own website work for our own projects was almost entirely in house and mostly done by me. Although I tried to make the websites look good, they were there for a purpose and function and content was uppermost.
Changing technologies offer new opportunities for websites to be working tools accessed and maintained by the non specialist, BUT they still need to be planned and managed. I can guide you through the process, sometimes taking total responsibility for your site, but preferring to teach you or your staff how to use, maintain and prepare content for your site.
